To whom it may concern,

Thank you for your prompt and informative response to my earlier e-mail, and for the follow-up general e-mailing to all customers.  I want to say that the positive experience with you is refreshing.  As of late, I have felt that Cavalier did not value me as a customer or was concerned enough to return my phone calls, or answer my e-mails.  After several years of being a DSL, long distance and local phone customer I was giving serious consideration to moving to another provider because of this pattern.  However, for now, we will remain with Cavalier due in no small part to the professional manner in which you handled this situation today..
