Cavalier Telephone Email Service Review

Dear Cavalier,

I told my wife that it was only proper that the first email I send with my newly fixed email service was a thank you note to you.

Your technician Marc spent more than an hour this afternoon, checking all the settings, both POP and SMTP, in my Entourage program on both computers, and it turned out the difficulty was three little digits in a port box. Marc was patient, and it’s good that he was, because at first I was operating without my glasses, and getting them helped. Then I had my wife bring up a headset phone so I didn’t have to type with just one finger. Marc has a new best friend, and I would certainly nominate him for Cavtel employee of the month, if not year.

Again, many, many thanks!  Now I feel reunited with the world.
